After the recent storm that struck the Archipelago of Madeira on 20th February the Autonomous Region of Madeira returns to normal. The reconstruction works have taken place quite rapidly, both in Funchal city centre as well as in other affected municipalities (particularly Ribeira Brava municipality). The hotel industry of Madeira was not affected by the storms of the past weekend, and maintains all operation conditions safely. Hotel establishments are operational with all its facilities.
